Imm13 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the imm13 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the imm13 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any associated digital channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and imm13 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use imm13's services. imm13 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review the latest version periodically.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the imm13 platform. imm13 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts that do not meet this eligibility requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of imm13 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. imm13 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of account information by the user.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact imm13's customer support team immediately. You are required to update your account information whenever your personal details change, particularly information relevant to the fund withdrawal process.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Imm13 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with imm13's security systems.
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including manipulation of games or financial transactions.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Imm13 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions and MYR Deposits
All financial transactions on imm13 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation requests for processed deposits will not be entertained except in documented cases of technical error. For fund withdrawals, users are required to meet account verification requirements and comply with the minimum withdrawal limits set by the platform.
Imm13 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious or non-compliant transactions are detected. Withdrawal processing typically takes one to three business days, depending on the selected method and any verification steps required.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate. imm13 will not be held liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
Imm13 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by law, imm13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the imm13 platform are the property of imm13 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from imm13.
Third-Party Links
The imm13 platform may reference third-party services or payment providers. imm13 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review those third-party terms separately.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Imm13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations: breach of terms of use, suspected or confirmed fraud, failure to submit requested identity verification documents, or a request from the relevant authorities. Any eligible balance in an account closed for non-fraud reasons will be returned in accordance with imm13's standard procedures.
Terms Amendments
Imm13 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online entertainment digital platforms. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
